I'm Rachael
Dr Rachael Macleod is a professional phychologist specialising in neurodiversity for media professional.
Rachael's primary focus is on helping media professionals reach their full potential in a holistic setting. By helping all on set media professional understand a wide range of neurodiverse challenges in the unique on set production setting including ADHD, Autism, and many other conditions in the neurodiversity arena.
Using her proprietory seven step neurodiversity MASTERS model she works with crew, casts, and the wider production community to help identify, understand, manage and celebrate neurodiversity to create authentic, compelling, and profitable productions.
